Lucille F. Dusseault passed away peacefully on December 27, 2018 in Chicopee, MA surrounded by her children. She was born and raised in Woonsocket and moved to Worcester to pursue a nursing career in 1948 where she met and married her husband Bernard Laurent Dusseault.
Lucille was a resident of Dorchester, MA where she raised her family. After a career in nursing she took on a new position with the First National Bank of Boston. She retired after twenty-five years and thoroughly enjoyed traveling through the United States and Canada hiking in many national parks.
She is survived by her children and their spouses: Michael and Susan Dusseault of Collierville, TN, Timothy Dusseault and Eileen Murphy of Townsend, MA and Suzanne and Philip Connolly of Chatham, NJ. She will be remembered as Memere by her three grandchildren: Micaela Dusseault and Michelle and Matthew Connolly.
Lucille is also survived by her brother and his wife, Marcel and Betty Gagnon and her nephew and wife Robert and Cathy Gagnon.
Lucille will be laid to rest in Cedar Grove Cemetery next to her beloved husband, Bernard married for forty-two years.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 9AM in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 56 St. Anthony Street, Chicopee, MA. The Rite of Committal and Burial will follow at 1PM in Cedar Grove Cemetery, 920 Adams Street, Dorchester, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lucille's name may be made to the Parksinsons Disease Foundation, 72 East Concord Street, Room C3, Boston, MA 02118.
