Theresa J. Brunelle

THERESA J. BRUNELLE 1927 � 2009 CHICOPEE � Mrs. Theresa J. (Bovi) Brunelle, 81, a fifty three year Chicopee resident, died on Wednesday, March 4 at the Holyoke Medical Center. She was born in Springfield on April 16, 1927, a daughter of the late Giuseppe and Adelma (Carrara) Bovi. She was the wife of the late Joseph R. Brunelle who died on July 28, 1988. She is survived by her son, Joseph and his wife Catherine of Granby, and her daughter, Rina Maynard and her husband Philip of Palmer. She will be sadly missed by seven grandchildren, Sarah, David, Theresa, Nickolas, Ryan, Andrew, Matthew, and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves her cousin, Del Carrara and his wife Joan of Connecticut. She was predeceased by her brother, Alphonse �John� Bovi. Funeral services are on Saturday, March 7 at 9am from the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Burial will be in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home are on Friday, March 6 from 4-7pm.
