Agawam – Suzanne D. (Oswald) Jones, 69, of Agawam, passed away at her home on Monday August 17, 2020. Born on December 18, 1950, she was a daughter of the late William and Alice (Duclos) Oswald and a graduate of Chicopee High School.
Suzanne enjoyed reading, cooking, dancing, the ocean, trips to Maine and spending time with her grandchildren. She was also a faithful communicant of the St. John the Evangelist Church in Agawam. She was predeceased by her 2nd husband, John Jones in 2013. She is survived by her 1st husband, Raymond Myers of Granby, MA; daughter, Barbara Collins and her husband Richard of Cheshire, CT; her son, Allen Myers and his wife Cecile of Belchertown, MA; her brother, David Northup and his wife Dottie of West Springfield; her sister, Deborah Gamelli and her husband Vincent of Agawam, MA; her grandchildren, Brianna and Connor Collins, Lindsey and Morgan Myers; several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
Calling Hours will be held Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 5 – 7PM at the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee.
All are invited to meet for Suzanne’s Funeral Mass on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 9AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 833 Main Street, Agawam followed by committal services in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery, in Chicopee, MA. Please wear masks/coverings and follow social distancing guidelines.
