CHICOPEE- Susan (Young) Freeman, 71, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at home with her family by her side. She was born in St. Albans, Vermont on June 2, 1945. Sue enjoyed spending time with her family, taking scenic drives with her friend Gladys, going to church with Jonathon, she also liked playing bingo and Slotomania while Facebooking. Sue is survived by her Daughter, Margaret Awan and her husband Mikaeel of Chicopee; Sons Jamie Freeman and his wife Stacie of Colchester, Vermont, Joseph Young of Ludlow, MA. She will also be missed by her beloved significant other of 25 years Austin Campbell of Chicopee; her sister Jessica Lambert, of Springfield; her nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She was predeceased by her brother, Vaughn Decker, a sister Debbie Martin; she now joins her favorite cats Fido and mini in heaven. The Family would like to thank her personal care taker Margaret Davis. A Service will begin on Saturday, September 3, 2016 3PM at the Faith Methodist Church on 191Montcalm St., Chicopee, MA 01020.
