Sharon E. Bobala

CHICOPEE – Sharon E. (Robinson) Bobala, 68, died Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Bar Harbor, Maine on September 3, 1942 to Paul Robinson of FL and the late Catherine (Harkens) Robinson. Sharon attended schools in Southwest Harbor, Maine. She worked for the former A.G. Spaulding where she retired after over thirty years of service. Sharon’s love in life was to spend time with her children and her grandchildren and although she never liked to have her picture taken she loved to take their pictures to capture a memory being made. In addition to her father, she leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband of over forty-four years, Max T. Bobala of Chicopee; her two daughters, Teresa Pajak and her husband Scot of Springfield and Gabrielle Hocherine of Chicopee; her three brothers, Gary Robinson of Chicopee, Harris Robinson of Cape Cod and Arthur Robinson of CA; her ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Randy Maleski; her two daughters, Lori Maleski and Catherine Bouchard and her brother, Paul. Sharon will also be sadly missed by her friends at Sue’s Ceramics where she loved to spend her free time. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St. Chicopee. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
