Rosalia Nubile

1931-2017 SPRINGFIELD- Rosalia (Canzano) Nubile, 86, of Chicopee, passed away on December 12, 2017. She was born in Turrivalignani, Italy on February 18, 1931, a daughter of the late Camillo and Antonietta (Cicchelli) Canzano. She married the late Antonio Nubile in 1958 and they enjoyed over 48 years of marriage until his passing in 2006. She was employed by Avery Dennison and worked for many years as a punch press operator. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, cooking, and gardening. She was predeceased by her son, Donato Nubile, as well as her siblings: Maria (Canzano) Donatelli, Vienna (Canzano) Nubile, Lia (Canzano) De Luca, Giovanni Canzano. She will be fondly remembered by her children: Roberta Nubile, Silvio Nubile and wife Cheryl, Gabriella (Nubile) Murray and husband William; her siblings: Enrico Canzano and wife Lucia, Giuseppe Canzano and wife Gemma, Diana (Canzano) Di Pietrantonio, Natalia (Canzano) D�Agostino and husband Antonio, Edena (Canzano) Minnilli and husband Bruno; as well as 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, a brother and sister-in-laws, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 from 4-7PM at the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St, Chicopee, MA 01013. Her funeral service will begin on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 9:45AM in the Brunelle Funeral Home followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11AM in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 56 St. Anthony St, Chicopee. The Rite of Committal and Burial will follow in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery, Olsen St, Chicopee.
