Ronald J. Young

Ronald J. Young, Sr. 1935-2015 CHICOPEE- Ronald J. Young, 79, passed away surrounded by loved ones on January 7, 2015 at Heritage Hall East in Agawam. Ronald was born on December 14, 1935 to the late John and Violet (Hefferman) Young in New London, CT. He joined the United States Army and proudly served his country during the Korean War. Ronald was a member of the American Legion in Chicopee. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and hunting, playing cards, and putting together puzzles and Legos. Ronald is survived by a son, Ronald Young, Jr.; three daughters, Carmen Scott of Chicopee, Elizabeth Crochiere of Westfield, and Tina Young of Chicopee; a grandson Bryant Young; two grandsons; four granddaughters; and four great-granddaughters. All services for Ronald are private.
