PALMER- Roger E. Manning, 57, of Palmer and a longtime Chicopee resident passed away on Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born and raised in Holyoke a son of the late Regina (Buczek) Manning and Roger Manning of Chicopee. Roger was a local machinist in the paper and plastic industry and loved fishing, bowling and billiards. In addition to his father, Roger is survived by his son, Roger J. Manning of Chicopee; his daughter, Jenna Manning of Palmer; his sister, Rosemary Bey of Holyoke; two grandchildren and his extended family including his nieces, cousins and friends. Visiting hours are Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014 from 5-7PM at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee with a funeral home service beginning at 5PM.
