Patricia Ann Bergeron, beloved daughter of George and Christine (Searles) Bergeron, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at Holyoke Medical Center at the age of 58. Patricia was born on August 10, 1963 in Holyoke, MA, She was raised and educated in Chicopee and was a graduate of Chicopee Comprehensive High School. Patricia was a greeter for most of her 27 year career with Walmart, first at the Walmart on Boston Rd. before being relocated to the Chicopee Walmart. She was also a regular volunteer at the Chicopee Senior Center. Patricia is survived by her significant other, Christopher Lamoreaux, brother, George Bergeron and his wife Valerie all of Chicopee, and sister, Joanne Twiss and her husband, Guilbert of Pittsfield, two nieces, Martina and Keri Bergeron and two nephews, Dominic and Angelo Brignoli, and many extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, George and Christine, she was also predeceased by her Sister, Donna Brignoli in 2011. A period of visitation will be held for Patricia on Wednesday, Feb. 16, from 5-6:30 p.m. at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee, followed by a service at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia’s name may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
