Marion C. Bienvenue

Marion C. Bienvenue1928-2015CHICOPEE- Marion C. Buckley Bienvenue, 86, of Fairview Section of Chicopee, passed away at Cooley Dickenson Hospital in Northampton on April 15, 2015. She was born in Holyoke on July 31, 1928, a daughter of the late Frank and Frieda (Loescher) Mahoney. Marion was schooled in Holyoke and was last employed at Chemical Paper. She spent her time with her children and grandchildren, who were her whole life. Marion was the widow of Herbert Buckley, who passed away in 1965, and the widow of Rene� Bienvenue, who passed away in 1988. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Alissa Rene� Buckley in 1993; and six siblings, Harold Mahoney, Ruth Snow, Evelyn Watson, Roland, William, and Francis Mahoney. Marion leaves her children, a son, Stephen Buckley and wife Susan of Chicopee; two daughters, Linda Buckley of Chicopee and Gail Bienvenue of Granby, MA; and her grandson Bryan Buckley of Chicopee. She also leaves her sister, Eleanor Stefanski of Easthampton and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours for Marion will be Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 2-5PM in the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St in Chicopee. A funeral home service will be on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 10AM, followed by burial in Forestdale Cemetery, 304 Cabot St in Holyoke.
