Lynne M. Peloquin, 73, passed away on August 3, 2026, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts on July 8, 1953, to Leon R. Peloquin and Estelle R. Levreault Peloquin, residents of Chicopee, MA.
Lynne spent her first 18 years living in Chicopee. After graduating from Chicopee Comprehensive High School (class of 1971) she continued her education at Holyoke Community College (class of 1974) then continued on to the University of Massachusetts where she received a Bachelor of Science degree (class of 1976). She also received a Certificate of Coding in 2009. Miss Peloquin started at Lahey Clinic in Boston, MA on April 4, 1977; the clinic moved to Burlington, MA, becoming Lahey Clinic Hospital in 1980. She retired on January 20, 2022, after 42 years of dedicated service.
Lynne moved to Dracut, MA in 1988, where she was a member of St. Michael’s, a member of the choir, a Eucharistic Minister, a cantor for many mases, and a member of the Ladies Prayer Group. In her spare time, she was also a member of Centraville Sportsman Club where she enjoyed target shooting.
Lynne is survived by her sisters: Nancy A. Pollender, Alana L. Judge, and Lisa A. Peloquin; nieces: Jeanette L. Beville, Katie Watson, and Laura Cadieux; grand-niece, Lily Watson; and grand-nephew, Conner Watson.
Lynne is predeceased by her parents, Leon R. Peloquin and Estelle R. Levreault Peloquin; and her sister, Debbie L. Cadieux.
Family and friends are invited to meet at St. Anne Church at 30 College Street, Chicopee, MA on Thursday, September 10, 2026, for an 11:00AM Liturgy of Christian Burial, followed by Rites of Committal at St. Rose Cemetery in South Hadley.
