CHICOPEE- Lynn M. (Descanio) Chenot, 59, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. She was born in Holyoke, MA on January 17, 1953 the daughter of the late George and Claire (Brown) Descanio. Lynn was educated in Chicopee Schools and was a member of the Right to Life club and Quilting club for many years. She enjoyed raising her children and loved the quality time they spent together. In 1971 she married her loving husband of 40 years, Francis Chenot, who she leaves to cherish her memory. Lynn will be missed dearly by her son; Jonathan Chenot; her two daughters; Rebecca and Rachael Chenot and her adored grandchildren. She also leaves her extended family and an abundance of friends. Lynn’s faith, values and courage are an inspiration to her family and will forever be present in their lives. All services are private.
