Springfield – With a heavy heart, Linda M. (Stearns) Martino unexpectedly left us to fly with the angels on October 19, 2021. Linda was born to Viola and Duane on April 18, 1957 in Rome, New York. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Michael; her children, Angela, Adam, Michael, Samantha, and Eric; her grandchildren, Natasha, Cheyenne, Miley, Liliana, and Logan; and by her great-grandchildren, Mirabella and Everett. Linda lived and breathed for her family, they were truly her pride and joy. Holidays were her favorite time, when everyone would all come together to celebrate, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company. In her final days, much like the rest of them, she cherished her family, enjoyed cooking, video games and watching her grandchildren grow. She was so loved by her family for her strength, humor, stubbornness, and her ability to make light of any situation. She will be missed immensely by her friends and family but will be forever in our hearts, watching over us. Family and friends are invited to meet for a period of visitation on Friday October 29th from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon at the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee, followed by a 12:00 noon service. Committal services will be held in Forestdale Cemetery, Cabot St. in Holyoke, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
