CHICOPEE- Kathleen Callahan, 62, passed away unexpectedly at her home on May 24, 2019. She was born on June 30, 1956, a daughter of the late Edward Kidnay and Sandra (Cashman) Supernaut. She was born in Holyoke and a graduate of Chicopee Comp. High School. She spent many dedicated years as a home health aide. Kathy enjoyed sewing, knitting, crafts, watching the Today show, her Irish heritage, and spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Kathy now joins her daughter Jennifer Gendreau who passed away in 2016. She will be missed by her children, Brian Gendreau and his wife Regina of Moodus, CT; Alicia Stepno of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Jordan Gendreau, Anthony Stepno, Makayla Bernash, Mason Stepno, Abby Bernash, Hailey Stepno, Helena Gendreau, her dear friend Allison “Sonny” Marshall, and her pets Johnny and Frank.
