Chicopee – Jonathon P. Everett, 40, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 22 at Baystate Medical Center. Jon loved bowling and was proud of his ring he received for bowling a three game total of 825 out of a possible 900 total. Jon was an avid Red Sox, Bruins, and Springfield Falcons fan. Jon was a devoted husband and father, as well as a great son and brother. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tammy (Kaniecki) Everett, and two loving daughters, Alyson Rose and Madyson Ann Everett. He also leaves his father Herbert A. Everett of Granby, his mother and stepfather, Carol (Doyle) and Ken Walker of Wilbraham, his sister Suzanne M. Everett and her fiancé George Croteau and his stepmother Karen Everett. He is also survived by his grandmother Catherine Everett, aunts; Diane Michon, Cheryl Colon, cousin; Jessica Michon and several relatives and friends. Funeral services are on Thursday, July 29 from the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St. with a period of visitation from 9 – 10:15am followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11am at Holy Mother of the Rosary National Catholic Church, 26 Bell St. Chicopee. Rites of Committal and Burial will follow in Hillcrest Park Cemetery, 895 Parker St. in Springfield. In lieu of flowers contributions in Jon’s memory may be directed to the Alyson and Madyson Fund in care of United Bank. 1930 Wilbraham Rd., Springfield, MA 01129, Attn: Cathy Manning.
