CHICOPEE- Jessica L. Sapouckey, 34, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 7, 2015 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Springfield on June 1, 1981 the daughter of the late Judith (Berthold) Sapouckey who died earlier this year. She was educated at Chicopee Comprehensive High School and lived in the area most of her life. She is the spouse of Tom Burgess of Indian Orchard who she spent the last 10 years raising their children. She leaves two sons and two daughters, Cody Burgess, Noah Burgess and Cheyenne Burgess all of Indian Orchard as well as Kearstin Collins of Gilbertville. She also leaves her brother, Michael Berthold of CT; several nieces, nephews and cousins, most especially her nephew Greg Sapouckey of Chicopee. Jessica loved fishing, walks with her children at Dufresne Park and in the outdoors and singing her country Kareoke. All services for Jessica are private and under the care of Brunelle Funeral Home. Remember Jessica with random acts of kindness.
