Janet Lee Kozlakowski

CHICOPEE- Janet L. Kozlakowski, 58, of Chicopee passed away at Williamnsett Center East on Saturday, December 5, 2015. She was born in Springfield, MA on September 10, 1957 a daughter of the late Frank and Lorraine (Gagnon) Norris and was educated in the Belchertown School System. She worked as a hostess and waitress for various area restaurants including the Florence Diner and also several establishments in Florida. She enjoyed knitting and resided in Florida for many years before returning home to live with a sister and caregiver, Connie Crough in Chicopee. She also leaves behind her two children, Stacy Kozlakowski of Easthampton and Joe Kozlakowski, Jr of Florence and three grandchildren. She also leaves two brothers and a sister, Richard Warren of Chicopee; Leo Gagnon of Cherry Creek, NY and Susan McMillan of Kansas and many friends and several nieces, nephews and cousins. All services will be private at Janet’s request.
