JAMES L. LECLAIR 1938 - 2017 CHICOPEE- James Louis Leclair, 78, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017 at Willimansett Center East. James was born in Holyoke on Oct., 17, 1938 a son of the late Louis and Pearl (Crownsberry) Leclair and was a graduate of Holyoke Trade School. He was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran and served his country honorably. He worked for over 13 years at Mead/Westvaco as a machine adjuster. James lived in Tennessee for several years where he developed a liking for country western attire. He enjoyed hunting and target shooting, scuba diving and loved being outdoors. He is survived by his devoted wife, Donna (Bruneault) Leclair of Chicopee; his stepson, Adam Pare of Woodbridge, VA; his grandson, Alexander Pare of VA; his mother in law, Doris Bruneault of Chicopee; his brother in law, George Bruneault and his wife Suzanne of Chicopee; his sister in law, Renee Duffy and her husband Michael of Chicopee. James also leaves several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 5-7PM at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee, MA 01013. His funeral will begin on Thursday at 11: 15AM from Brunelle�s and followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 12:30PM in St. Anthony of Padua Church. The Rite of Committal and Burial with military honors will be held in the chapel of the Massachusetts Veterans� Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam at 2PM.
