George R. Lusignan

South Hadley – George R. Lusignan, 87, passed away December 27, 2021. He was born to Edward and Helen (Small) Lusignan on December 17, 1934 and attended Catholic Schools throughout his Education. He enlisted into the Army in 1957 and served honorably during the Korean War. George worked as a hairdresser at the Towne House Coiffeur in Chicopee for many years. He went on to achieve his Masters Degree and was last employed by Westmass Eldercare, retiring as the Director of Adult Foster Care/Social Services in Holyoke.
He is survived by his niece, Linda Perreault and her husband Stephen and his nephew William Guerrin of Chicopee. All are invited to meet for George’s graveside service on Wednesday October 5th at 11:00 AM at Notre Dame Cemetery, Lyman St. in South Hadley. There are no calling hours.
