Genevieve A (Grodzicki) Taylor

Chicopee- Genevieve A. (Grodzicki) Taylor, 83, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 23, 2017. Genevieve was born in Holyoke on January 3, 1934 a daughter of the late Bertha (Galombek) and Roman Grodzicki. She enjoyed 59 years of marriage to George Taylor, Sr until his passing on June 5, 2010. She loved shopping, watching movies, and most of all loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She will be remembered by her children, Debra Burns of New Castle, DE; Nancy Provost of Chicopee; Lori Buzzard and her husband Norman of Granby, MA and Scott Taylor of Palmer, MA as well as by her adored 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and a daughter in-law Joyce Taylor of Virginia. She is survived by her two sisters, Irene Jendrysik and Dorothy Czaporowski both of Chicopee. She was predeceased by a son George Taylor, Jr and her brothers, Richard and Edwin Grodzicki. A funeral service for Genevieve and George Taylor Sr. with military honors will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 9AM in the chapel of the Massachusetts Veterans� Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam.
