Gabrielle J. Hochrein

Gabrielle “Gabby” J. (Bobala) Hochrein, 53, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
Gabrielle was born on September 8, 1971, in Holyoke, MA, a daughter of Max T. Jr. and Sharon E. (Robinson) Bobala, she was raised and educated in Chicopee.
A lifelong resident of Chicopee, she was a former manager of Kappy’s Liquors in Chicopee.
Gabrielle was a ray of sunshine to her family and community. She was a loving mother who had a heart of gold.
Gabrielle leaves her loving children, Alisha Hochrein Fontanez and her husband, Eric, Zachary, Maxwell and Mandy Paroli all of Chicopee, sister, Teresa Pajak and her husband, Scott of Springfield, her furry canine grandchild, Luke, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Max and Sharon, she was also predeceased by her son, Thomas Bobala, brother, Randy Maleski, sisters, Lori Maleski and Catherine Bouchard.
