CHICOPEE- Franklin L. Bullough, 71, died September 11, 2012. He is survived by his sister, Gail Anshutz of Cape Cod; his friends, David Rudman and Gill Moussette and his dog “peanut”. A service will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 3PM in the chapel of the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Agawam. A Brunelle Service.
