Frances M Lefebvre

Frances M. LefebvreSOUTH HADLEY - Frances M. Lefebvre passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2015 while a resident at Wingate of South Hadley. She was born in Rockland, Mass, the youngest of four siblings, and moved to Chicopee when she married Charles �Chuck� Lefebvre, who preceded her into the hereafter in 1988. Fran and Chuck lived for many years on Manning Street in Fairview, where they raised their son, Michael, along with providing a place to stay for many of his friends. Michael also preceded Fran into the hereafter in 2006. Fran managed the former Treadway Inn and Schine Inn on Burnett Road in Chicopee for many years. In later years she was a job-finder for the Mass DES and ran the Employment Trailer at the Big E for many years. Her joys in life were her family and her Schnauzer dogs - Boomer and Magic. Fran's big heart and generous spirit were a benefit to many. In keeping with her wishes a private graveside ceremony was held and Fran was buried next to her beloved husband. She is survived by her grandson, John Lefebvre of Pittsburgh, PA and her daughter-in-law, Candace Lefebvre Christiansen.
