ETHEL A. MOSHER 1913 � 2009 CHICOPEE � Ethel A. Mosher, 95, a fifty year Willimanset resident, died on Saturday, February 14, 2009 in a local nursing home. She was born in Holyoke on November 26, 1913, a daughter of the late Dona and Addie (Lajoie) Mosher. She attended local schools and retired from the former A.G. Spaulding after many years of service. One of her proudest moments was when the United States landed on the moon and the astronauts placed one of the golf balls she made there. She is survived by four sisters, Gladys Schmalenberg of Granby, Grace Formhals of Chicopee, Marjorie Mooney, and Adeline Nolan, both of Florida, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Walter, Edward, and George, and her sister, Ella Bourque. Funeral services are Friday, February 20 at 9am from the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Anne Church, 30 College St., Chicopee. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Holyoke. Calling hours at the funeral home are on Thursday, February 19 from 5 to 7pm.
