CHICOPEE- Edwin Pasterczyk, 76, of Chicopee, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the Holyoke Medical Center. He was born on August 2, 1942, a son of the late Edward and Edith (Pennelle) Pasterczyk. He was educated in New Hampshire and worked as a machinist for Coca-Cola for many years. He then worked for Holyoke News, delivering overnight for the company. He enjoyed working on cars, watching the Red Sox, bowling, and playing pool. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 52 years, Judy (Lingley) Pasterczyk, his children, Jeffrey Pasterczyk and his partner Debbie Thompson of Chicopee; Tom Pasterczyk and his wife Samantha of Greenfield; his daughter Cheryl Pasterczyk and her partner John Rodriguez of Springfield; his grandchildren, Zachary and Elizabeth Johnson, Glen, Malerie, and Jacob Pasterczyk, Nicolas, Jonah, and Mason Rodriguez, as well as his great-grandson Jayden Johnson. He also leaves behind his sisters, Joan LaCourse of NH and June Dansereau of Holyoke, as well as several beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 4-7PM at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St, Chicopee MA with a funeral home service at 6:30PM.
