David Pinette

DAVID J. PINETTE, JR. 2001-2012 SPRINGFIELD-David Joseph Pinette, Jr., 11, was granted his angel wings on Friday, August 10, 2012 following a lifelong illness. He was born in Springfield, MA on May 15, 2001, the son of Jennifer (Houle) Parent and the late David J. Pinette. His life would seem too short to many, but for those who were touched by him, understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which you live. David�s beautiful brown eyes and his contagious laugh would melt the hearts of anyone who had the pleasure to meet him. He would spend hours rocking in his chair, laughing and happy in his own special world. David enjoyed listening to music and watching the Yankees and Giant games. David loved the water. Whether it be a pool, the ocean or a bath, he took pleasure in soaking those around him. With his courage, he led us to believe that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories. He taught us to just be happy. Although, he leaves us far too early; his spirit shall live on through others with the ultimate gift of organ donation. David will be deeply missed by his mother Jennifer (Houle) Parent and her husband Robert of Chicopee; his sister, Danielle Ann-Marie Pinette of Chicopee; his grandparents, Ginette Houle of S.Hadley; Diane (Grabowski) Pinette of Springfield; Michelle and David Cronkright, Sr. of S. Hadley as well as his extended family, dear friends and many wonderful caregivers that provided love and support which enhanced the quality of his life. He was also predeceased by his two grandfathers, Robert Houle, Sr. and James Pinette. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee, MA 01013. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will held on Friday, August 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the St. Rose De Lima Church, 600 Grattan St., Chicopee, MA.
