David R. Gelinas

David R. Gelinas 1962 � 2011 HOLYOKE � David R. Gelinas, 49, a longtime resident of Holyoke was called into eternal rest on Thursday, November 28, 2011 in Holyoke. He was born in Chicopee, August 20, 1962, to the late Gerald Gelinas, and Ruth (La Liberte) La Mothe of Chicopee and was educated in Holyoke Schools. He was a dedicated employee at Rusin Cleaning Company. David was a loyal Red Sox fan and he enjoyed hiking and hunting. He was predeceased a brother Daniel Gelinas. David leaves to cherish his memory; his Mother, Ruth (La Liberte) La Mothe; his son, Zachary Gelinas of Westfield; his daughter, Nicole Gelinas of Washington D.C.; his brother, Gerald Gelinas of Westfield; his two sisters, Linda Landry of Chicopee and Donna Covelusky of Pottsville, PA. He will also be sadly missed by numerous extended family members and friends. A private service will be conducted, from 4-6 PM with a funeral ceremony at 5:30PM in Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St, Chicopee. The burial is private.
