WEST SPRINGFIELD – Dashaunna Marie Porter, 36, passed unexpectedly on March 1, 2018 at her home. She was raised in Chicopee and became a social worker for Behavioral Health Network after graduating college. Dashaunna enjoyed gardening, cooking, watching Lifetime movies, scary movies, and forensic shows. She also loved fashion, Buddha, and spending time with her family. She will be missed by her parents, Otis Porter Sr. and Kelly (Tripp) Boyer; her son Adonis Porter; her siblings: Oletha (Angel) Wells, Otis (Mann) Porter Jr., Tyraun Porter, Kimeeko Pratt, Cianna Tripp, Lisa Hallums, Aretha Hallums, her grandma Betty Jackson, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends. Visiting hours will be held Friday, March 9, 2018 from 5-8 PM at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee Street, Chicopee, MA with a funeral home ceremony at 7:30PM.
