Claire M. Collins

Chicopee – Claire Marie (Perreault) Collins, 95, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2022 at Holyoke Medical Center in Holyoke. Born in Holyoke, to Walter and Cora (Fournier) Perreault, she spent most of her life in Chicopee.
Claire was employed with the Kamket Paper Mill in Holyoke for over 25 years and was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church.
She was predeceased by her husband, Archie T. Collins in 1969, brothers, Norman Perreault and Walter Perreault, Jr. and by her sister, Doris Hetu.
She is survived by her four children, Donna Machietto of Agawam, Robert Collins of South Hadley, David Collins of Easthampton and Timothy Collins of Westfield; her brother, Robert Perreault; sisters-in-law, Lorraine Perreault and Gloria Perreault and by her grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
All services for Claire are private for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
