Claire A. Bobala

Chicopee- Claire A. Bobala, 94, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016. Claire was born on March 22, 1922 to William and Clara Schauer and educated in the Chicopee schools. She worked for several years at a check processing center in Holyoke. Claire enjoyed swimming, going to concerts, her animals, and spending time with family. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Max T. Bobala in 1995, 3 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson. She is survived by her son Max T. Bobala, Jr. of Chicopee, MA and a daughter Helen Hicks and her husband Jack of Leesburg, FL. She will also be missed by her 2 granddaughters, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and her cat Simon. All Services are private.
