Christopher Edward Frey

Christopher Edward Frey, lifelong resident of Chicopee, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Chicopee, on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at the age of 61.
Chris was born on February 10, 1963, in Framingham, MA, son of Ward J. and Jeannette M. (LaFlamme) Cray, he was raised and educated in Chicopee and was a graduate of Chicopee Comprehensive High School.
Chris was employed for over 30 years at McDonald’s Restaurants, working at various establishments within the chain.
He was a parishioner of St. Rose de Lima Church and volunteered his time with charity drives at the Castle of Knights for the Knights of Columbus.
Chris had several hobbies and interests that included a love of music, professional wrestling, and a fondness for all cookies, especially Oreo Cookies.
He leaves behind his loving sisters, Elvia DeCaro of Chicopee and Daniela DeCaro of Boylston and by his nephew, Wesley Dyson of Chicopee.
Chris was predeceased by his father, Ward and mother, Jeannette.
A private committal service will be held for Chris at St. Rose de Lima Cemetery, with a memorial service to be announced at a later date. www.brunellefuneralhome.com
