CELIA E. ZWIERCAN 1930 � 2011 CHICOPEE � Celia E. Zwiercan, 80, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 29, 2011 at Willimansett Center West with her devoted husband of 59 years, John A. Zwiercan at her side. Celia was born in Adams, MA on October 28, 1930 a daughter of the late Stanley and Sophie Zabik Kalisz and was educated in Adams schools graduating from Adams High School in 1947. Celia was primarily a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing and crocheting. She loved the time she spent together with family most especially at the holiday celebrations. Celia was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church and was a member of the Rosary Sodality and was also a member of the Polish Women�s� Alliance. In addition to her beloved husband John, Celia is survived by her daughters, Jane Jachym and her husband Dave of S. Windsor, CT and Kathy Krzystofik of Chicopee; six adored grandchildren, Bill Jachym, John Krzystofik, Anne Ivanoski, Jim Jachym, Joe Krzystofik and Steven Jachym. Celia leaves two caring and dear friends, Karen and Tom Charette and their children, Caitlin, Thomas and Kellie of Chicopee who will miss her dearly. Celia is also welcomed home by her son in law, Michael Krzystofik who entered eternal rest in 2010. Visiting hours for Celia will be held on Tuesday morning, August 2, 2011 from 9:30 AM until 11 AM at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee, MA 01013. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will follow on Tuesday at 11:30 AM in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 56 St. Anthony St., Chicopee, MA 01013. The Rite of Committal will be in the chapel at the Massachusetts Veterans� Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam, MA 01001.
