Chicopee – Cecile S. (Pelletier) Early, 82, passed away peacefully on Monday August 24, 2020 at Willimansett Center West in Chicopee. Born in Canada to Alphee and Odelie (Lebel) Pelletier, she was a longtime Chicopee resident. Cecile was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Church in Chicopee and was employed with Spaulding in Chicopee as an associate auditor quality assurance for many years. She was a former President of the Quarter Century Club and member of the Business Women Bowling League at the former Fun Time Lanes in Holyoke. She was predeceased by her husband, Larry Early in 1986; a son, Paul H. Early in 2016 and by her three brothers. She is survived by her four children, Carl R. Early of Holyoke, Scott E. Early and Tom R. Early, and Darleen Rzasa, all of Chicopee; brothers, Guy and Cyr Pelletier, both of Canada; her sister, Yolande Hult of Wisconsin; nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Family are friends are invited to meet for a calling hour on Thursday, August 27, 2020, from 10 AM-11 AM at the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 12 Noon at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 56 St. Anthony St. Chicopee. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Please wear masks/face coverings at both the funeral home and church and follow social distancing guidelines. Memorial donations may be made in Cecile’s memory to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude place, Memphis, TN 38105.
