Carole A. Smith

CHICOPEE – Carole A. (Krantz) Smith, 70, passed away peacefully Monday, July 23rd at Baystate Medical Center. Carole was predeceased by her husband, Donald Smith. She was a graduate of Chicopee High School and worked at F.W. Sickles and bartended at several local establishments including Pulaski Hall in Chicopee. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Gibbs and husband William Gibbs of Crystal River, FL; four brothers, Gerald and his wife Elaine Kranz of Miami, FL; Richard and his wife Arlene Kranz of Trumbull, CT; David and his wife Suzanne Kranz of Port St. Lucie, FL; William and his wife Pamela of South Hadley. She is also survived by her extended family and friends as well as her constant companion Pepper, the Chihuahua dog.
