Billy Batchelor

Granby- William “Billy” Batchelor, Jr. ,66, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016. He was the oldest of 12 siblings to the late William Batchelor, Sr. and he is survived by his dear mother Irene (Fortier) Gemme. Billy worked for many years as a machinist for James River Graphics and was the proud co-owner of Connie’s Ceramics. He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Connie (Lacasse); his two daughters; Maryann and Lori Batchelor; 7 grandchildren, Sara; Kristine; Kathleen; LT; Alex; Matthew; and Madison; 3 great grandchildren, Autumn; Hayden and Donnie. He also leaves 9 brothers, a sister, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Billy was also predeceased by a brother and a son, David Batchelor and “Perky” Perkins. Life celebration services will be held Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 4-7 PM and conclude with a 6:30 PM funeral home service at the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee, MA 01013.
