AURORA CINTRON
1936 – 2012

CHICOPEE- Aurora Cintron, 75, passed away on Saturday September 1, 2012 at Baystate Medical Center. Aurora was born in St. Croix, VI a daughter of the late Hilario and Carlota Torres Cintron and settled in the United States as a young woman. She was a loving mother and devoted homemaker to her 14 children: Santos Torres, Jose Torres, Carmen Torres, Doris Torres, Wanda Torres, Luis Biascochea, Rosalina Biascochea, Emanuel Biascochea, Flor Esther Alvarez Biascochea, Juanita Torres, Antonia Torres-Sanchez, Angel Luis Torres, Mario Torres and Narciso Rosas. She enjoyed dancing, listening to Salsa music, but most especially spending time and providing for her children, and many many grandchildren, great grandchildren and her great great grandchild. She is also survived by a brother, Feliciano “Chano” Cintron; a sister, Anna Milagro and many dear friends and extended family members. Visiting hours will be held on Friday September 7, 2012 from 9-11 AM at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee with a funeral home service at 11 AM.
