Raymond J. Derminio, Jr. 1948 � 2011 Springfield- Raymond J. Derminio, Jr., 62, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 12, 2011 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Utica, New York on September 20, 1948 a son of Isabel (Nicolette) Derminio and the late Raymond James Derminio. Raymond was a dedicated employee and forklift operator for US Corrugated Inc. of West Springfield for over 40 years. He enjoyed watching sports, collecting baseball caps but more than anything he loved spending time with his family. Raymond was predeceased by his beloved wife Catherine (Grover) Derminio. He is survived by; his mother, Isabel (Nicolette) Derminio of Springfield; his three sons, Robert Pych of Holyoke; Kenneth Pych of Mt. Croghan, South Carolina; Gerald Pych of Huntington; his two daughters, Gloria (Houll) Hohol of Malone, New York; April (Pych) Smith of Mt. Croghan, South Carolina; his brother, David Seamen of Springfield; his sister, Janet Seamen of Springfield; his 18 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. Raymond will forever have a special place in the hearts and minds of his grandchildren; Olivia Pych, Jeane Pych and Crystal-Lee Pych. Visiting hours for Raymond will be held on Friday, September 23, 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee, MA 01013. A funeral ceremony will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 10:00 AM at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee, MA 01013. The Burial will follow at Norwich Bridge Cemetery, Littleview Road, Huntington, MA.
