Marcel J. Breault 1927 � 2011 CHICOPEE � Marcel J. Breault, 83, died Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Country Estates Nursing Home in Agawam. He was born in Chicopee on April 6, 1927 to the late Dorille and Bella (Lussier) Breault. Marcel attended schools in Chicopee. Mr. Breault served our country in the United States Army during WWII where he earned the Meritorious Unit Award and the World War II Victory Medal. Marcel worked for the former William Carter Co. for twenty nine years. He was also co-owner of the former Ken-Mars Jewelers in Chicopee. Marcel leaves to cherish his memory, his spouse of sixty-four years, Kenneth Young of Chicopee; his brother, Paul Breault of Chicopee; his three sisters, Ann Lapierre and Pauline Bauer both of Chicopee and Theresa Morgan of Maine and several nieces, nephews and many extended family members. A funeral procession will form on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 9:45 a.m. at the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St. Chicopee. There will be a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:15 a.m. at Assumption Church in Chicopee. Burial with Military Honors will follow the Liturgy at the Massachusetts Veteran�s Memorial Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Calling hours will be Monday, February 21 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Marcel�s memory to a charity of one�s choice.
