    November 7, 1919 - January 15, 2011

    JULIE ANN SWIDERSKI 1919 � 2011 CHICOPEE- Julie Ann (Mazurowski) Swiderski, 91, of Chicopee passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Willimansett Nursing Home. Julie was born in Holyoke on Nov. 7, 1919 a daughter of the late Walter and Edna (Perlowski) Mazurowski. Julie was educated in the South Hadley School System and was primarily a homemaker and took great pride in raising her family. Julie was an active member at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Chicopee where she was a member of the Rosary Sodality and a member of the Polish Women�s� Alliance of America. Julie enjoyed reading, cooking, writing poetry and even had some poetry published. Julie was predeceased by her husband, Peter Swiderski on Oct. 1, 1976 as well as three brothers and 2 sisters. Julie leaves her son, Thomas Swiderski and his wife Kathy of Westhampton; her daughter, Carol Ann Harman and her husband George of Dunbarton, NH; a brother Emil Mazurowski and his wife Christine of Holyoke and a sister, Sophia Wysk of Florida. She will be missed by her adored grandchildren, Rachel Swiderski of Westhampton; Gary Galica and his wife Sarah of NY; Michael Galica and his wife Lisbeth of CA. Julie also is survived by her two great grandsons, Peter and Nolan. Visiting hours for Julie will be on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 from 5-7 PM at Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., Chicopee, MA 01013. Her funeral will begin on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 9:00 AM from Brunelles and followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10AM in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 56 St. Anthony St., Chicopee. The burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, 800 Montgomery St., Chicopee. If friends desire, memorial donations in Julie�s name can be made to the Lupus Foundation of New England, 40 Speen St., Suite 205, Framingham, MA 01701-1898.
