ESTELLE M. PARADISE 1908 � 2008 CHICOPEE � Estelle M. (Couture) Paradise, 100, a lifetime Willimansett resident, died on Saturday, September 27, at the Mount Saint Vincent Care Center. She was born in Holyoke on February 5, 1908, a daughter of the late Joseph and Zoraide (Demers) Couture. She attended local schools and was a cook for twenty five years�in the�Chicopee School System, a charter member of the Chicopee School Lunch Association and also served as its third president. She was also a charter member of the Willimansett Golden Agers Club. She was the wife of the late Rheal Paradise who died on August 26, 1979. She is survived by two daughters, Constance Ouimette of Southampton, MA, and Betty Faulhaber and her husband Larry of Illinois. She will be sadly missed by twelve grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Dr. Raymond Paradise in 1986, and thirteen brothers and sisters. Funeral services are Friday, October 3 at 9am from the Brunelle Funeral Home, 811 Chicopee St., followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10am at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, both in the Willimansett section of Chicopee.
